Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a dynamic Full Time CFC Administrator to support our Distribution Centre during the Afternoon Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm). You will ensure online orders are processed accurately, fulfilment is timely, and quality controls are met, while addressing stock and procedural issues.

The role requires 12+ months in a warehouse or fulfilment setting, strong computer-based systems knowledge (Blue Yonder, WMS) and a collaborative, proactive attitude to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in a warehouse environment or fulfilment role.
• Strong understanding of computer-based fulfilment systems and online order systems.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and take initiative.
• Ability to lead and work within a team creating a positive work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are entered into Blue Yonder and fulfilled to standards.
• Collaborate with eCommerce team to maximise revenue via campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with AUSPOST/STARTRACK and other couriers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate transferring stock from DC for online fulfilment.
• Serve as the customer service contact point for outstanding orders and discrepancies.
