Job summary

Pinnacle Hardware is seeking an experienced Replenishment Supervisor to lead our PM shift, ensuring stock accuracy and timely putaway to support daily warehouse activities. You will plan workloads, delegate tasks and work hands-on with the team to achieve priorities.

You should have proven high-reach forklift experience with a valid licence, strong inventory management, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanners. Availability for full-time PM shift 2.30pm-10.30pm.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of ten employees across the PM shift.
• Oversee putaway of stock from inbound containers into warehouse racking.
• Release daily orders and prioritise stock movements to support picking and despatch.
• Ensure pickfaces are replenished for daily orders, with stock available.
• Oversee daily cycle counting and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock availability and investigate shortages.
• Operate high-reach forklifts and complete putaway and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through correct stock placement and system transactions.
• Monitor progress and adjust resources to ensure work is completed.
• Coach team members and maintain safety, productivity and quality expectations.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Replenishment Supervisor to lead our PM shift team of ten employees. This role has a strong focus on inventory accuracy, timely putaway and replenishment, ensuring stock is available to support all warehouse activities. You will plan workloads, delegate tasks and actively work alongside the team to deliver daily priorities.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of ten employees across the PM shift.

Oversee the timely and accurate putaway of stock from inbound containers into warehouse racking.

Release daily orders, review replenishment requirements and prioritise stock movements to support picking and despatch.

Ensure pickfaces are replenished for daily orders, with sufficient stock available to support planned warehouse activities.

Oversee daily cycle counting, investigate stock discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Monitor stock availability, investigate shortages and .

Work alongside the team, including operating high-reach forklifts and completing putaway and replenishment tasks.

Maintain inventory accuracy through correct stock placement and accurate system transactions.

Monitor progress throughout the shift and adjust resources to ensure work is completed.

Coach team members and maintain clear expectations for safety, productivity and quality.

About you

Proven high-reach forklift experience and a current forklift licence.

Strong inventory management experience, including putaway, replenishment, cycle counting and stock investigations.

Demonstrated experience leading a warehouse team.

The ability to plan, delegate and follow through on daily priorities.

Experience using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.

Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to resolving stock issues.

A willingness to get involved and work alongside the team.

Experience with WMS - Business Central is advantageous (but not essential)

Availability to work full-time on the PM shift. 2.30pm-10.30pm
