Job summary

Bondwood’s is seeking an Afternoon Wharf Container Allocator / Operations Person to join the team in Park Ridge. The role is full-time with afternoon hours and involves container allocations, data entry, and ensuring safety and policy adherence.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating deliveries, monitoring operator performance, and applying Bondwood’s procedures. A valid driver’s licence and experience with container systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with 1-Stop Container Chain, Freight Tracker and Excel.
• Current valid Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
• Experience with 1-Stop VBS, Container Chain, Freight Tracker, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and oversee allocation of deliveries to customers
• Ensure Chain of Responsibility standards are planned for and met
• Monitor and maximise the performance of our transport operators
• Input data into internal “live”system
• Ensure Bondwoods Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to

Role Type:Full time – Afternoon Allocator Position

Key responsibilities include:

As our Afternoon Wharf Container Allocator / Operations Person you will help manage our fleet with containers in and out of the wharf. Must be able to work in fast paced environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Allocate and oversee allocation of deliveries to customers
• Ensure Chain of Responsibility standards are planned for and met
• Monitor and maximise the performance of our transport operators
• Input data into internal “live”system
• Ensure Bondwoods Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Experience with 1-Stop Container Chain, Freight Tracker, Excel
• Current valid Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence

Skills required:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be flexible with working hours & we will offer flexibility back
• Available to work 1 Saturday a month as required
• Experience required for 1-Stop VBS, Container Chain, Freight Tracker, Excel and Outlook.
