Job summary

TASK on the Central Coast is seeking a Service Leader for our before and after school care program. This permanent, part-time role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with extra hours during the holiday program at Erina Heights.

You will have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion and support children and families. Lead the service each afternoon, mentor Educators, build relationships with families and the school community, and ensure smooth operations while

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in OOSH, childcare or education.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to run a service and mentor a team.
• Availability every weekday afternoon, 2pm–6pm, is essential.
• WWCC in place or eligible.
• First Aid (HLTAID012) and CPR in education setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and operating the service each afternoon.
• Mentoring and developing a team of Educators.
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations and programming of after school care and the holiday program.
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Working closely with your Area Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties.
• Creating a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for children.
