Job summary

TASK is recruiting a Deputy Service Leader for Excelsior Public School to oversee Before and After School Care. This part-time 24-hour-per-week role offers the chance to guide a team of educators, support children and families, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment after school hours.

You will work with the Service Manager, uphold NQF standards and TASK policies, and help create a fun, engaging space for children. If you are a motivated leader with childcare experience, apply now.

Qualifications

• Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!)
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012)
• A commitment to putting children and families first
• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

• Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within the region
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies
• Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
