Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an energetic childcare professional for our Beresfield service in NSW. You will lead a passionate team of educators to create a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun and flourish.

You’ll design engaging, compliant programs, plan exciting activities for primary-aged children, and prepare healthy snacks while building strong relationships with children, families and the local school community.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Diploma in childcare or equivalent in progress.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability from 6:30 am - 9:00 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children.
• Plan exciting daily activities and prepare healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community.
• Lead a passionate team of educators at the Beresfield service.
