Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and oversee clinical care for residents in our Lilydale location. You will support independence and wellbeing, applying systematic clinical decision-making and collaborating with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.

With a focus on development and a supportive environment, you will engage with residents, families and staff to provide compassionate, high-quality aged care.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
