Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide a range of clinical care and support services for residents, helping them maintain independence and well-being.

You will monitor resident care, use systematic clinical decision-making, and build strong therapeutic relationships while collaborating with the care team to achieve outcomes and a supportive work environment.

• Qualification and AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12 months RN experience
• NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
• Passion for elderly care and professional growth

AboutThe Role

As a Registered Nurse,you’llprovidea range of clinical care and support services for our residents,assistingthem to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

• Providing andmonitoringthe care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developingappropriate therapeuticand caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain)prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents,familiesand all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
