Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide a range of clinical care and support services for residents, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing. You will monitor care, make clinical decisions, and build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive resident outcomes, contribute to a respectful and dignified environment, and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience (in-charge desirable).
• Valid working rights in Australia (passport/birth certificate).
• NDIS Workers Screen and/or National Police check, or willingness to obtain before start.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
