Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cabrini location near Parramatta. You will provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, monitor health status, and implement care plans to support independence and wellness.

Utilise a systematic approach to clinical decision-making, build therapeutic relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered with AHPRA.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience (desirable in-charge).
• Valid Australian working rights.
• NDIS Worker Screening or National Police check (or willingness).

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
