Kirinari Community Services Ltd is seeking an On-Call Team Member to provide critical after-hours support to frontline employees and leadership. This fast-paced role involves coordinating unplanned shifts, handling after-hours inquiries, and ensuring service continuity with accurate rostering and documentation.

You will be part of a collaborative team, capable of calm decision-making under pressure, and focused on delivering safe, high-quality customer outcomes in community services.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Australian Working Rights required.
• Current Driver Licence is essential.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support to frontline staff and customers.
• Coordinate unplanned leave and shift coverage.
• Manage incident escalation and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate rostering records and documentation.
• Support staff through incidents and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with rostering, service delivery and leadership teams.
