Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous coordinator or similar role experience is desirable.
• ALS accreditation or willing to complete the same.
• Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Supportive and guiding approach to leading staff.
• Confidence to problem shoot and manage the facility after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across hospital after hours.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to maintain continuity of care.
• Ensure patient care standards and service quality are maintained after hours.
