Achieve Australia in New South Wales is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centered support to people with a disability. You will help clients set goals and live the life they choose, in a group home setting on a 6-month max term, working 56 hours per fortnight.

As an Assistant in Nursing at Achieve Australia, your primary goal is to provide person-centered quality support services to people with a disability. You will support our clients to set and reach goals that are important to them and make decisions about how best to live the life they choose.
This is a 6-month Max term opportunity for someone to work on 56 hours per fortnight basis.
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work in a group home setting and support clients to build their independence and relationships.
