Achieve Australia is seeking a dedicated Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centred support to people with a disability in a group home setting. You will assist clients to set goals and participate in activities, ensuring safety and dignity in daily living.
Applicants should have a minimum Cert III in Disability or Individual Support and demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A NSW driver's licence for client transport is preferred and supported by the organisation.

As an Assistant in Nursing at Achieve Australia, your primary goal is to provide person-centered quality support services to people with a disability. You will support our clients to set and reach goals that are important to them and make decisions about how best to live the life they choose.
Please note - candidates should be available to work on a 64 hours per fortnight roster.
