Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Post-graduate qualification in education or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in workplace training and education or willing to undertake within 12 months.
• Experience in emergency department or relevant clinical area.
• Knowledge of e-learning and educational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the knowledge, clinical skills and competence of ED staff.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate clinical education and accreditation programs.
• Ensure equitable access to education and resources for all ED staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and contemporary education resources.
