Dovida is seeking a reliable and compassionate Client Services Coordinator (After Hours) to join our Sydney Lower North Shore team. You’ll be the first point of contact for urgent client and staff needs during evenings and weekends.

This casual, after-hours role involves handling calls, texts, and emails from 5pm to 8am on weekdays and weekends, logging information, and coordinating with the scheduling team to support 24/7 care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Confident in fast-paced admin environments.
• Friendly phone manner and clear communication.
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively.
• Available for after-hours shifts 5pm–8am.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Dovida brand with warmth and professionalism in all interactions.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Accurately capture and document detailed information from calls for smooth handovers to scheduling.
• Use internal systems to log client needs, caregiver availability, or service changes.
