Job summary

OKX is seeking an Affiliate Marketing / Business Development professional to expand our global network of partners in the digital asset space. You will source, qualify, and onboard affiliates, and build the business case for collaborations at online and live events.

You will manage relationships, negotiate terms, and optimize campaigns using analytics to drive growth and ARR. A data-driven mindset and experience with GA/Amplitude are preferred, with a track record of scaling affiliate networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the digital asset space or related sector.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Results oriented with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or others.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners aligned to OKX and refer audiences to OKX.
• Build the business case for signing affiliates and partners for online and in-person events.
• Build relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution.
• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve performance.
