Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Functional Technician to support production of propulsion subsystems for future flight hardware. You will assemble, troubleshoot, and inspect components across feed systems, thrusters, tanks, and PCBAs, following engineering docs and SOPs.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on manufacturing experience with flight hardware and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to process improvements and training of peers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years aerospace/automotive manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, final/harness integration.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments with flight hardware.
• Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process materials into complex propulsion subsystems per docs and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support root cause analysis.
• Inspect hardware and document discrepancies; assist with first article builds.
• Provide feedback on tooling, consumables, and process issues via MES/SAP.
