Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking technicians to assemble and test avionic LRUs and electrical-mechanical assemblies with strong attention to detail and safety. You will help maintain lab equipment, support preventative maintenance, and participate in SOP improvements.

The role involves shift work across day, swing, and weekend rotations, handling shipments, and working in a high-traceability manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification
• 1+ years of hand tools experience (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches)
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system

Aufgaben

• Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
• Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber‑optics, and PCBAs
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
• Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
• You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
• Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures
