WIN Television Ballarat is seeking an Advertising Sales Assistant to join our local Sales team. This full-time role provides high-quality administrative support, processes media bookings, generates reports, and handles a range of related admin tasks.

You will respond to client requests and act as the first point of contact for viewer enquiries, via email and phone, in a professional and friendly manner. You will work collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience; training provided.
• Ability to perform reception and admin duties for Sales.
• High accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management and deadline-driven.
• Team-oriented with positive working relationships.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent phone manner for enquiries and complaints.
