WIN Television Ballarat is seeking an Advertising Sales Assistant to join our local Sales team. This full-time role provides high-quality administrative support, processes media bookings, generates reports, and handles a range of related admin tasks.
You will respond to client requests and act as the first point of contact for viewer enquiries, via email and phone, in a professional and friendly manner. You will work collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to join our local Sales team in a support role. This is a full-time position based at our office in Ballarat.
As the Advertising Sales Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Sales team, including processing and managing the placement of media bookings, generating reports and completing other associated administrative tasks.
You will also respond to client requests and act as the first point of contact for viewer enquiries. You will need to respond to calls and requests, predominantly via email and telephone, in a professional and friendly manner.
