Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Project Coordinator in Melbourne for its Advanced Metering team. This permanent full-time role focuses on scheduling, coordinating inductions, and ensuring completion of work orders across multiple contracts.

The successful candidate will manage diverse stakeholders, maintain documentation, and uphold quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a flexible work arrangement environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
• Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia desired.
• Professional and confident talking to commercial customers.
• Intermediate competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• High level attention to detail.
• Able to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage workforce scheduling, planning and allocation.
• Schedule work orders with customers via phone or email to arrange access.
• Coordinate inductions, pre approvals, and any customer requirements.
• Work efficiently with Service Stream and client systems/databases.
• Maintain an up-to-date database documenting administrative tasks.
• Ensure work complies with quality and safety requirements.
• Identify and consolidate data from client to plan work orders.
• Maintain field resource leave requests for adequate resourcing.
• Attend weekly stakeholder and client meetings for scheduling progress.
• Undertake other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Performance Manager.
• Focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing client expectations.
