Job summary

Choice Metering Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Project Scheduling Coordinator to join our Hallam-based deployment team. You will help coordinate electricity and pulse metering installation projects, ensuring schedules, equipment availability and site requirements are aligned with project timelines.

The role requires practical office experience and confidence using Microsoft 365 apps. Training will be provided in metering, deployment processes and our specialist systems.

Qualifications

• This role requires practical office-based business experience.
• Candidates must be confident using Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain schedules across sites.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and installation schedules across multiple sites.
• Book and coordinate in-house technicians and external contractors.
• Confirm equipment availability, site dates, access requirements and installation information.
• Monitor scheduled work, follow up outstanding actions and keep project records current.
• Communicate with customers, builders, contractors and internal staff regarding project timing and requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, equipment issues or delays and escalate early.
• Use project and workflow systems to track jobs from planning through to completion.
