Job summary

Shore Early Learning Centre in NSW is seeking a Diploma-qualified Advanced Child Care Educator to join its team from January 2027 to December 2027. You will work with the Room Leader and fellow educators to provide high quality education and care for children aged 3-5 years.

The centre operates 8.00am – 6.00pm, 48 weeks of the year, with shifts rostered across these hours. The role involves building nurturing relationships, delivering engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training.
• ACECQA recognised Child Protection training.
• A NSW Working With Children Check is current.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Experience with children aged 3–5 years in an early childhood setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach.

About the role

Advanced Child Care Educators play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the centre. You will:

To be successful in this role you will have:
