Job summary

Court Services Victoria is recruiting an Advanced Case Manager for the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) to work with a multidisciplinary team including a magistrate, lawyer and police. You will provide complex, client-centred case management for participants facing mental illness, cognitive impairment, AOD, homelessness or family violence, building therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client-centred, strengths-based and solution-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in forensic, family violence, AOD, homelessness or mental health.
• Ability to coach and mentor other case managers; strong stakeholder skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and court presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced case management within a multidisciplinary team including judiciary and legal professionals.
• Support participants to stabilise circumstances and work toward meaningful goals.
• Attend court regularly and provide expert advice to the Magistrate and team.
