Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/Shopping centres with 120 tenants, ensuring smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.

You should have NSW real estate registration (or be willing to obtain it with our support), strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and excellent organisational ability to manage high-volume tasks.

Qualifications

• Current NSW real estate registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
• Proven experience in retail or property management across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration, insurances, bank guarantees, and maintain accurate records.
• Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
