Qualifications

  • IT skills at a competent level and willingness to learn new IT skills and use internal databases and Microsoft Office software.
  • Planning and organising abilities to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and in accordance with policies.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to apply a range of strategies and show initiative.
  • Communication skills to listen, understand and speak clearly to a wide range of audiences; written skills to summarise information.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and use sound judgement.
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills for gathering and providing information with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with acts and regulations; willingness to learn relevant policies.
  • Basic admin skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
