Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking a Probation Services Officer to supervise adult offenders and support community-based orders across Queensland. • Training related to operational demands (e.g. urinalysis testing, court-related duties) may be required, as identified by the delegate.

Job description

Community Corrections supervises adult offenders across Queensland, aiming to reduce reoffending and improve public safety. Operating from offices in seven regions, including metropolitan, rural, and remote areas, the teams support individuals in fulfilling community-based orders and making positive life changes. As a Probation Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in encouraging pro-social behaviours, promoting rehabilitation, and contributing to safer communities across Queensland.
