Job summary

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) invites applications for an Administration Support Officer within the Medical Response team. The role provides high‑quality administrative support to staff and volunteers, coordinating meetings, travel and training, and ensuring accurate records and reporting.

You will work across procurement and financial processes, assist with logistics, and support program events while delivering responsive service to CFA staff, volunteers and partners.

This role plays an important part in the delivery of critical programs, including Fire Medical Response, Statewide Defibrillators and Health Monitoring and Rehabilitation, by providing high-quality administrative support to staff and volunteers.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating meetings, travel, training activities and team communicationsPreparing correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentationMaintaining records, databases and program information systems, ensuring data accuracy and complianceSupporting procurement and financial processes, including purchase orders and invoice processingAssisting with logistics, equipment management and the delivery of training, workshops and program eventsProviding responsive support to CFA staff, volunteers and other stakeholdersA full position description is attached.About youYou are an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
