The Administration Officer provides professional administrative and front-of-house support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the headspace centre. Working closely with the team, this role supports efficient service delivery and helps meet the operational needs of the organisation. The position also provides welcoming and responsive customer service to young people, families, friends and service providers by phone and at reception.
This a fixed-term opportunity currently available until 31 December 2026, with the potential for extension. The position is part-time and will initially work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
headspace provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Canberra work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.
