The Opportunity

The Administration Officer - Facilities is responsible for providing administration support to carry out the programs, activities and operations of the Department, and where applicable, provide administrative support to other Departments.

This role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities which may vary as directed by Council. The key ones include:

  • Undertake procurement activities on behalf of the Facilities Department as guided by Council's Procurement Policy;
  • Providing Facilities operational and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor, record keeping, assigning and actioning correspondence in task lists, shared mailboxes and calendars;
