Baiada Poultry is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Beresfield Livestock team. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and involves data entry, filing and general office duties in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders while delivering accurate information and timely responses.

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Beresfield Livestock.
Able to commit to a full-time employment roster (Monday-Friday)
Data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases
Follow up and resolve issues related to daily operations
Responding to queries via email and telephone in a professional manner
Responsible for filing and document management
Assess situations to ensure receipt of timely assistance
Able to work independently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with SAGE or BASWARE is highly advantageous
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Proven ability to display initiative and make informed decisions
Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have anybirds, pigs or poultryat home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
