Job summary

Teys Australia, Charlton Feedlot near Charlton in north-west Victoria, is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Office team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will support daily office functions and help maintain efficient record keeping across the feedlot.

The role offers on-site work, training provided, and opportunities to contribute to a growing, community-focused operation within a modern facility that serves domestic and export markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded).
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Flexibility with an ability to manage competing priorities.
• Upbeat and positive attitude with a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Weighbridge operation including adhering to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Assist with end of month procedures such as stocktakes and reporting.
• Support data entry and record keeping activities maintaining confidentiality.
• Goods ordering such as animal health requirements.
