Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an Administration & Customer Service Officer in Bunbury, WA. You will be a key contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting day-to-day operations, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service and administrative support across allocated contracts and sites.
• Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries, providing accurate information and timely solutions.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues wherever possible and escalating complex matters when required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, operational teams and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoicing enquiries, process BPAY payments and maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
• Manage competing priorities while meeting customer service KPIs, response times and administrative deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment.
