Managing general office administration tasks including filing, data entry and document preparation
Answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments and scheduling meetings
Maintaining accurate records and databases relevant to business operations
Providing support to management with correspondence, reports and administrative documentation
Coordinating with clients and team members to ensure smooth communication
Processing invoices, quotes and other administrative paperwork as required
Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
Performing other general administrative duties as required to support business operations
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
