We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at our Moss Vale NSW location on a Permanent Part-time basis. This is a pivotal administrative role that will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across the organisation. You will be an integral part of our administrative operations, managing a variety of clerical and organisational tasks that directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the business. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls
Processing and maintaining accurate administrative records and filing systems
Scheduling jobs for Service Calls
Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations
Data entry and database management to ensure accurate and up-to-date company information
Providing general office support including ordering supplies, organising meetings and facilities management
Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring prompt and professional responses
Performing additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Professional telephone manner and customer service experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous
Familiarity with business management software or CRM systems is a bonus
