Located at our Ravenhall, Victoria operation, CW Products is seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality administrative and customer service support.
Prior experience in an administration, reception, or customer service role
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A friendly, professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (advantageous)
Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into internal systems
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service support
Assist customers with general enquiries, order updates, and product information
Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail
Order and maintain stationery, office supplies, and consumables
Complete general banking duties, including preparing deposits and reconciling petty cash
Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as required
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
Assist with scheduling freight, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with transport providers
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to customer and internal queries
Assist with basic accounts tasks such as invoice processing or matching (advantageous)
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
Uphold a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role (essential)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
