Job summary

Affinity Nursing is a leading provider of travel nursing across Australia, with a Credentialing team that ensures nurses are contract ready and compliant. You will work with nurses, manage files, and resolve paperwork queries, acting as a go-to expert for internal staff and nurses.

Ideal candidates have admin, compliance or document management experience, with confidence communicating by phone and email. Salesforce experience is highly regarded; hybrid WFH options may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, compliance, credentialling or document management.
• Confident communicating with people over the phone and via email to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage nurse files and ensure they are contract ready with facility requirements.
• Assist nurses with paperwork requirements and respond to queries.
• Act as subject matter expert for internal staff and nurses.
• Navigate competing priorities with quick turnaround deadlines.

About You:

You are a strong fit with our values of relationships first, to be transparent, be impactful, and strive for excellence.

You will not hesitate to pick up the phone to assist our nurses with any queries on paperwork requirements.

You will revel in being the subject matter expert for both internal staff and your nurses.

In managing your portfolio, you will need to work closely with your nurses to maintain their files and ensure they are contract ready with differing and changing facility requirements.

You will be happy to pivot many times a day as competing priorities and quick turnaround deadlines arise.

You enjoy having autonomy in your role while keeping yourself motivated through repetitive tasks.

You appreciate the importance of teamwork and collaboration to work towards the best result for our nurses and facilities.

Preferred Experience

You'll ideally have previous experience in an administration, compliance, credentialling or document management role. Confident communicating with people over the phone and via email to obtain information and resolve queries.

Experience with using salesforce or similar CRM systems would be highly regarded.
