Job summary

Cruiser Consoles, a family owned business in Toowoomba, QLD, seeks a friendly Administration, Sales & Customer Service Officer with at least 12 months admin experience and Xero skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone and online enquiries, handling orders and data entry.

This full-time role offers no weekends, standard hours, on-the-job training, a supportive team and free on-site parking. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months administration experience
• Experience with Xero
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and customer-focused

Responsibilities

• General Administration & Reception duties
• Processing online orders
• Replying to customer enquiries via email and social media
• Greeting walk-in customers
• Booking shipments and data entry in Microsoft Excel
• Use of XERO - experience essential
• Understand 70 Series Landcruiser models and our products - training provided
• Adhere to WHS standards
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture
