Everyday Mobility in NSW is seeking an organised administrator to support customer service and the retail operation. The role focuses on enquiries, quotes, orders, and stock management, with training provided.
You will help customers choose the right mobility equipment, coordinate deliveries, and assist with light assembly. Monday to Friday, 9:00–4:30, permanent full-time in a friendly, family-run team.

At Everyday Mobility, we help people stay independent, mobile, and confident. Our family-run business supports the elderly and disabled community across the Eurobodalla, Shoalhaven and Illawarra, through the sale, rental and servicing of mobility equipment.
This is a varied and meaningful position with a strong focus on administration, alongside customer service and retail duties.
You'll support both the team and our customers—managing enquiries, coordinating orders and services, keeping records up to date, and helping people choose the right products for their needs.
Responding to phone, email and in-person enquiries
Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and booking forms
Entering orders, updating stock records, and tracking supplier deliveries
Coordinating customer appointments and deliveries
Demonstrating and explaining how our equipment works
Booking jobs for our service and delivery team
Assembling products and assisting with basic store displays
Organised and detail-focused – managing multiple admin tasks confidently
Warm, helpful and professional – enjoys helping people
Computer literate – invoicing, data entry or stock systems experience is a plus
Microsoft Office proficient – demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks
Physically able – to move light equipment and assist with basic assembly
Willing to obtain – Police Check & NDIS Screening Check
Communicative – great verbal and written communication skills
Proactive – takes initiative and solves problems with attention to detail
A team player – able to work independently and collaboratively
Up to date – with flu and COVID vaccinations
Weekday work only – Monday to Friday, 9:00–4:30
