Job summary

Wow Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian healthcare organisation to recruit a Customer Care Agent in Pyrmont. This full-time permanent role involves being the first point of contact for customers, handling phone, email and online chat with professionalism and empathy.

You will resolve issues, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to customer retention while aiming for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Centre role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the CRM system.
  • Proactively engage with customers to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Achieve service KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.
