Job summary

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join the national Technology team. You will own and optimise the Aderant practice management environment, collaborating across Finance, Technology, legal groups and external vendors.

You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions, provide second/third line support, and contribute to upgrades and governance across Aderant Expert/Classic and connected apps.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering Aderant Expert and/or Aderant Classic in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of practice management, including time entry, client/matter management and billing.
• Proven ability configuring Aderant workflows, screens, templates and security settings.
• Troubleshooting across applications, databases, logs, integrations and scheduled processes.
• SQL skills and data validation understanding.
• Experience with integrations and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional and technical specialist for Aderant and related processes.
• Configure workflows, screens, and billing outputs; manage templates and security.
• Support connected applications such as Docudraft, BillBlast, and Designer.
• Develop reports, queries and data extracts with governance controls.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support; manage incidents and change activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Legal teams and vendors.
