Job summary

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking an experienced Application Specialist to own and optimise the Aderant-based practice management environment. You will partner with Finance, Technology and external vendors to continuously improve system stability and user experience.

The role focuses on configuring workflows, managing incidents and delivering scalable solutions across Aderant Expert and Classic, with connected tools such as Docudraft, BillBlast and Designer.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Aderant Expert and/or Classic in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of practice management processes including time entry, client/matter management, billing and reporting.
• Practical SQL skills and understanding of relational databases and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional and technical specialist for Aderant and related processes.
• Configure and maintain Aderant workflows, screens, rules, templates, billing outputs and security settings.
• Provide 2nd/3rd-level support across Aderant apps, databases and integrations.
• Develop reports, queries and data extracts with governance controls.
• Support Aderant upgrades, patches, testing and environment management.
