Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced AD and M365 Administrator to join our Brisbane office. You will manage, secure and optimize the Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments, collaborating with local and global IT teams and vendors to align global standards with local needs.

Responsibilities include identity management, security controls, and automation using PowerShell, with a hybrid 60% in-office and 40% WFH setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience in IT/CS.
5+ years hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of AD, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience with Conditional Access, identity federation, SSO and security architecture.
Strong PowerShell scripting capability.
Experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
Postgraduate qualification and familiarity with migration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
Implement identity and access governance, MFA, CA and SSPR controls.
Develop PowerShell automation for administration and reporting.
Monitor security, compliance, retention, and Defender configurations.
Support migrations and tenant integrations with third-party tools.
Maintain technical documentation and governance procedures.
Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders.
