Top Cut Foods is seeking an organised Accounts Receivable & Receipting Administrator to join our Finance team on a 3-month temporary contract. You will manage customer payments, receipting and credit control across national operations.

Reporting to the Finance team, you will ensure accurate allocation of receipts, perform daily banking, reconciliations and provide general finance admin support during staff leave periods.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, receipting, credit control or a similar finance administration role.
• Strong numerical skills and high accuracy with attention to detail.
• Experience processing customer payments, allocating receipts and reconciling accounts.
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including following up outstanding payments.
• Proactive problem-solving and resolving account discrepancies.
• Competent with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Process and accurately receipt customer payments, ensuring allocation to correct accounts.
• Complete daily banking activities and maintain records of receipts and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up overdue accounts.
• Assist with credit control activities and account maintenance.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and reporting documents.
• Provide finance admin support and relief coverage during leave periods.
• Respond to internal/external queries relating to payments and balances.
