Job summary

SG Fleet AU is seeking a debt collections professional to support our financial operations. The role focuses on collecting outstanding debts and contacting customers after due dates to negotiate payment timing, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute to controls, monitoring and reporting on collections activities and help deliver on KPI targets and reporting frameworks to support organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures
• Solid numerical and Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Good negotiating skills with difficult customers
• Ability to analyse information critically and solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities to meet deadlines and report progress
