Sime Darby Motors Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain a clean debtors ledger and ensure timely collections within trading terms. This role supports the NSW dealership network and collaborates closely with management and the wider accounts team.

The successful candidate will have proven credit control experience, familiarity with motor industry practices, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven credit control experience.
• Experience in the motor industry preferred.
• Strong team player able to support accounts team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable ledger for NSW dealerships.
• Daily processing of bank statements, reconciling receipts and debtor accounts.
• Maintain online Credit Application portal and assign correct credit limits.
• Manage payment terms and initiate collection procedures when required.
• Maintain receivable balance sheets and ensure accurate aging reports.
