Job summary

MHA Products in Sydney is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, reconcile ledgers and keep customer records up to date. You will work with two offsite staff, follow up overdue invoices, and support month-end reporting.

You'll upload invoices into MYOB Exo (moving to Oracle Netsuite soon), resolve payment issues, maintain aging reports, and help improve receivables processes to reduce debtors age. Experience in AR and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up overdue invoices (minimum calls per day for 90+ day accounts)
• Upload invoices into MYOB Exo (moving to Oracle Netsuite soon)
• Reconcile AR ledger and allocate payments
• Resolve payment issues, short payments and disputed invoices
• Maintain customer records, aging reports and cash collections forecasting
• Update customer refunds list
• Process online trade credit applications and follow up
• Work with customer service to resolve account queries
• Support month-end reporting
• Improve the receivables processes and reduce the age of debtors
• Supervise up to two offsite AR support staff
