Job summary

Eureka Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end supplier invoicing and payments across multiple entities in our growing ASX-listed group. The role emphasizes high-volume manual data entry in MYOB, payment runs, and strong vendor relationships.

You will contribute to month-end close, audits, and process improvements within a collaborative Group Finance team. Hybrid work arrangement available in Brisbane, Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience processing a high volume of payments across multiple entities.
• Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software.
• Strong GST knowledge and accurate invoice coding controls.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier invoice processing across multiple entities.
• Apply correct GST treatment and tax coding.
• Prepare and process high-volume weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements weekly and perform credit card reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and aged creditor reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready AP documentation and support audits.
• Resolve supplier and stakeholder queries promptly.
• Recommend process improvements and document AP procedures.
