HOBAN Recruitment seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a respected Australian university in North Sydney. The role involves processing 100–150 invoices weekly, reviewing coding, resolving discrepancies, and handling employee reimbursements. You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintain records, and support month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable role.
• Ability to process high volumes of invoices.
• Experience handling PO and non-PO invoices.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ~100–150 invoices per week (PO & non-PO).
• Review coding and approvals for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and staff claims.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to follow up approvals.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting docs.
